I am Delzora M. Clark. I am a National Board Certified Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.  As a professional counselor, I harness the counseling relationship to help you empower yourself in the areas of wellness, stress management and personal goal achievement.  I am a member of the American Institute of Stress.  Counseling is what you make of it.  I believe that you literally do “reap what you sew.”  There are limits to the counseling relationship and every counselor cannot help you achieve your goals.  You have to find someone whom you can connect with on many levels. If we have rapport then we can process techniques to help you better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.
